Emotions do not Have to be a Weight you Carry
We believe that the whole body restores and improves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our practitioners are certified in a variety of techniques to create energetic balance within.
These methods enable us to identify and correct imbalances within the body that are the cause of many kinds of physical and emotional problems. These imbalances may include, but are not limited to; chakra and meridian balancing, releasing trapped emotions and toxin identification, structural imbalances, and energetic misalignments. Once these imbalances are corrected, the conditions are then right for the body to repair itself.
Virtual energy balancing sessions are commonly practiced in both ancient and modern times. Respected techniques around the world include: Qigong, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Reiki, The Emotion Code, The Body Code, among others.
Virtual balancing sessions work quite a bit like how cellular phones work. Our bodies have a built-in capability to quickly and easily “dial” someone else, and create an energetic connection with them. Once you are connected, you pick up on their energy signal, receive answers, and help clear any imbalances in the body. Virtual Energy Balancing Sessions are wonderful for everyone, but can be a great advantage for individuals with busy lifestyles, work, injuries, or any other circumstances in which they are unable to travel.
No matter how far away you are, once an energetic connection has been established, the practitioner can read precisely what is going on in your physical, emotional, and energetic system. The Clinician may be able to correct any imbalances or misalignments the body is indicating at the time of testing, such as releasing negative trapped emotions, checking the body’s reflex points, and recommending any nutrients your body may seek for detoxification, cellular repair, or healing.

The Emotion Code and The Body Code Modalities
The Emotion Code
The Emotion Code is an energy balancing system that guides us in identifying and releasing trapped emotions. These trapped emotional energies from past events can create or contribute to mental, emotional, or physical imbalances that may manifest over time as symptoms. Trapped emotional energies can reduce our ability to give and receive love to our fullest capacity, diminishing our ability to achieve happiness and connect with others. Trapped emotions are derived from energy, like the rest of the body. They can influence physical tissues, and can contribute to symptoms such as anxiety and pain. Clearing trapped emotions from our being and replacing them with positive affirmations, combined with whole food nutrition, dietary improvements, exercise, and other healthy lifestyle changes can result in significant synergistic results.
Everyone has emotional baggage. It’s real and even though it’s invisible it can interfere with your ability to achieve the level of happiness, success and health you seek. Think of trapped emotions as balls of energy, vibrating at different frequencies that can affect the body wherever they are stuck, creating imbalances. They can also cause emotional issues, which can be assuaged by daily positive affirmations.
Processing Released Emotions
After a trapped emotion has been brought to the awareness of the conscious mind, and has been released magnetically, a processing (rebalancing) period begins.
During the processing (rebalancing) period a person may experience echoes of the emotion that has been released. They may notice differences in the way they feel. They may have a sense of calm, serenity, and joy. They may feel light fatigue, emotional ups and downs, or have vivid dreams.
Remember to trust your body. Never force it. Be gentle. Allow the time it needs to release emotions, process, and rebalance.
The Body Code
The Emotion Code is a component of The Body Code, which not only allows for releasing trapped emotions, but the balancing of many other areas and systems. The Body Code guides us in balancing chakras, meridians, nutritional deficiencies, and structural imbalances. This work removes energetic imbalances, improving the body’s ability to rebalance its energy.
Qigong is the philosophy and practice of aligning breath, physical activity, and awareness for mental, spiritual, and corporeal health, as well as the development of human potential.
The central idea in qigong practice is the control and manipulation of qi, a form of energy. Similar representations of this qi concept can be found in other cultures. For example, Prana in Vedantic philosophy, Mana in Hawaiian culture, Lung in Tibetan Buddhism, and Vital energy in Western thoughts. Some elements of this idea can be understood in the term energy when used by writers and practitioners of various esoteric forms of spirituality and alternative medicine.
The concept of qi as a form of pervasive energy is a fundamental pillar of Chinese Philosophy. This energy is considered to exist in all things including the air, water, food, and sunlight. In the body, qi represents the unseen vital force that sustains life. Qigong practice involves the manipulation and balance of the qi within the practitioner’s body, and its interaction with the practitioner’s surroundings. The method and ultimate objective for the practice is dependent on the practitioner.
Although not proven conclusively from a Western Medical standpoint, qigong is an accepted treatment option in the fields of complementary and alternative medicine. Qigong treatment is also used extensively in China as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and has been included in the curriculum of Chinese universities. Qigong practice serves both a preventive and curative function. It is considered to be effective in improving the effects of many chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, allergy, asthma, arthritis, degenerative disk disease, cancer, depression, anxiety, and addiction. Qigong works by improving the practitioner’s immunity response, increasing a person’s self-healing, and self-recovery capabilities, as well as enhancing one’s self-regeneration potential.
